Ed Bott did an excellent job pointing out multiple problems with this one entry. Not only does he more than adequately demonstrate that Dell’s customer service sucks, but he also calls out all the “A-listers” of the blogging world for being arrogant assholes:
You guys need to stop going to conferences with other A-listers and start paying attention to real people. And I assume that I won’t be invited to the next get-together of A-listers, either. Which is just fine with me.
One hell of an entry, worthy of anyone’s RSS reader… Definitely a post for the blogging Hall of Fame (assuming there is such a thing)…
