Another Blogging Service?

I know it’s been about done to death, but I’ve actually considered running a WordPress MU setup on what I think is one of my cooler domains: doesnthaveone.com.

Would anyone be interested in having a blog such as chris.doesnthaveone.com? That’s really the only reason I registered it in the first place, so I could use chris@doesnthaveone.com as my email address and fuck with peoples’ heads.

I realize this is an already crowded market, and I really don’t have the time, energy, or particular desire to create anything special or out of the ordinary for my users, but if anyone would be interested in such a thing, let me know.

I saw that in your comment on my blog and wondered why you were being aloof. Now I understand…
Its been a while, thanks for the head fuck. I hope it was as good for you as it was for me.

Do it and they will come.

  2. [...] Welp, several people expressed interest in my Another Blogging Service, where I proposed a free-for-all blogging service under the domain doesnthaveone.com, so I’m now in the testing phase. I’ve run into some problems with the recent nightly builds of WordPress MU, so the service isn’t fit for use yet. [...]

Well, I can’t speak for the WordPress Mu setup itself, but I guarantee you the server can! ;)

I’m curios to try importing all the conent from my blog here into it (once importers work in WP Mu), just to see how well it goes. So far WPMu looks pretty cool. It’s got me anxiously awaiting the release of WP 1.6…
